Ah, I see, these affordable flying cars for everyone…
Maybe it’s for the best. The tech’s still new and a lot of people shouldn’t be trusted with flying. At least this way only the rich can really get themselves killed.
For that same price you can get an entry level Cessna or Robinson that doesn’t have the flight characteristics of a brick.
We’ve had flying cars for decades - they’re called helicopters, and they crash all the time. Seen many self driving helicopters? No? Wonder why?
This is all that ever needs to be said any time anyone mentions the idea of a flying car.
