10 months agoIANAL but the DSA says nothing about requirements to inform reporters on a community moderation level. It is only concerned with illegal content and this cannot be simply flagged. It has to be a sufficiently substantiated explanation reported to the instance legal contact.
Not being able to distinguish between a shower thought and an unpopular opinion (no kidding). And doubling down by insulting the mods.
