The biggest problem i can think of is a distro that doesn’t ship the drivers in their package manager. and then it’s just following the description on the nvidia website how to install them for your distro.

I understand that you can benefit if you play it correctly, but can you deny that it’s designed to fuck people over that don’t? Idk at least to me thats why i don’t even want to be part of it, even if i am doing fine with money and would net benefit, probably. I just don’t want to be part of that predatory system.

They do push some apps to implement sEcUrItY messures, so they can verify that that they are installed via the official store. I can’t use the fucking unloc app due to that. So…i wouldn’t be surprised if there is more of this coming, but i sure hope there isn’t…
