This and they havent been approved by the NTSB, they will seize the vehicle. Then all hell will break loose for an illegal boarder crossing getting you a 10 year ban (same as they do in Canada for US citizens) from entry.
Also BYD are poor quality and completely unsafe. On top of being a rolling spy platform for the ccp.
