    I teach people in their 20s. The older I get the more I realise how immature I was for so long and how long it takes to get mature. I’m at the point now of considering that the 20s are really just an extension of teenage years.

      The prefrontal cortex, the brain region “implicated in executive functions, such as planning, decision making, working memory, personality expression, moderating social behavior and controlling certain aspects of speech and language” matures and develops primarily in adolescence, a process culminating at around the age of 25. 😅
