Sure, I’m not saying it’s exclusively a boomer complaint, just that boomers tend to complain about it more from my perspective.
I’m all for getting out of there as fast as possible. If I’m in line at self checkout and a cashier says “I can get you here”, I’m over there.
But generally, I prefer self checkout.
To me, this has always been more of a boomer complaint.

2·2 months agoExactly. This isn’t explicitly piracy. Just because it can be used as such, doesn’t mean it perpetrates piracy. Some prefer to have a backup for their game installers. That’s all this is.
Have you ever purchased a game from GoG? If so, chances are it comes DRM-free in which case you could legally keep a copy in your “Game Vault.”
This allows you to have your own local copy to download and install. No GoG launcher required.
That’s how I will always pronounce it.

7·2 months agoI played the Beta. It had somewhat of an interesting gimmick, but the rest didn’t feel very polished. Granted, that was the Beta.
Comparing it to FragPunk which shortly followed, Fragpunk just felt better. I’ve been enjoying it since its release.
Phind.com is a great alternative that provides sources.
