I don’t spot the difference between this and how most modern day corporations are operated:

• “To lower morale and with it, production, be pleasant to inefficient workers; give them undeserved promotions. Discriminate against efficient workers; complain unjustly about their work.”
• “Hold conferences when there is more critical work to be done.”

My 13 y o niece had no idea how to uninstall a program on a PC. I was a little stunned.
