This is the closest thing I’ve ever seen to suing someone for sucking. Which, for whatever reason, was a childhood trope in my family. I love the idea of that being an actual thing. Many companies would be open to lawsuits if you could sue them for sucking.
Oh no, not virtue signaling! There truly is no greater crime! Specifically, it isn’t worse to be an overly-built, soulless chia pet if that’s what you’re thinking. Definitely not.
Nah I didn’t have a lot of time to mess around with that stuff I just wanted my system to work. It’s much easier to find answers when things go wrong on Ubuntu too because it’s more popular.
One immediate thing that irritated me was the process for pairing a Bluetooth keyboard was completely bugged out and it took me a while to even see where and how to enter the code. It looked like it just didn’t work for no reason at first and it took a lot of hunting to figure out that I had to enter a code.
There were other things too. Cinnamon crashed. Qt applications didn’t work in ways that were difficult to troubleshoot. Sleep seemed non-functional. There aren’t any power modes which I used to use heavily on that laptop and on and on.
I tried mint; it was worse. I was like oh well, guess I’ll deal with the snaps.
How about “billionaires are edible” or “Tech bros are welfare queens” or “Watch out for a-luigi”?

The idea of “surviving” doesn’t even come into play in the evaluation of other species. Stupid as hell species survive for hundreds of thousands of years on Earth, that’s how conducive it is to life. You seem to have some unfounded civilized cavemen POV on our ancestors when really we’re still all apes + advanced language.
The dawn of civilization wasn’t us going from some lone person survival style steam game where we came into the world solo dolo in a pair of underwear.
