The right would argue he spends billions on every election. But it’s dark money. Elon has the balls to let people know where the money is coming from. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear hair plugs and children as body armor.

Exactly what an illegal immigrant would say. Get em ICE! /s
January 6th literally was Trump ignoring the rules. If he had a Vice President that was on board, we may be living in a significantly different country right now.
The courts are absolutely powerless. They make decisions and hope that the people in charge recognize their authority and enforce their rules.
Trump is looking for an opportunity to defy the courts and declare them Illegitimate. Then it will be up to local governments to enforce their rules, possibly even against federal officers.
This was who he was in his last term, he just didn’t have the administration fully committed to his goals. That is 100% different this time.
I think if it gets to that point, it might be a legit civil war. But I could see Trump enforcing his “laws” in a state against their will and daring the state to retaliate against his federal police.
I’d guess there would be an executive order related to “free and fair elections” but also giving Trump power to affect elections. State courts will say no, federal police will disregard.
But this doesn’t really have anything go do with my original point. I think Trump fully intends to disregard whatever court goes against him. State or federal.
Trump doesn’t care about the difference between state and judicial courts. I don’t think Musk does either.
Did they hope this election went their way? Sure, that’s why they spent pocket change on the election. But they don’t care about the structure of courts in America. This was just a nice to have.
Oh, I know this. I don’t think Trump will care.
Just in time for Trump to declare the courts invalid and implement his own courts under the judicial branch.
My interest in this will only increase exponentially from now on.
Nothings more relaxing than getting shot in the head by a sniper.
So we just gifted them $100 million? Looks like DOGE should be firing Trump next.
Is this just a gimmick, or is it actually useful? Seems like starting a filibuster at this time of day won’t mean much unless republicans were planning on voting this late.
This is a much happier ending than I thought it would be at the beginning.
Did the SC make bribes legal?
My guess is there is an admin that knows where each contributor is from. And can approve or decline check in requests.
It’s not a good chart when there is no difference between all emotions and no emotions.
Sure, but will they fight against federal police that are enforcing unconstitutional laws in their state? They did nothing in 2020 when Trump sent federal police into Oregon to arrest people.
My prediction is the SC will go against Trump on something that isn’t all that major, but Trump will overreact and claim the the executive branch doesn’t need to follow the judicial branch. Then he will create all kinds of executive orders around election “safety” followed by ensuring republicans hold the house and senate in 2 years. Possibly even pass laws about a 3rd term.
At that point we will be a full on dictatorship.
Ok, make it happen.
Reddit isn’t as bad as Twitter. Though it’s heading that way. But there is an alternative that is 90% as good.
