I’m still on my 2016 iPhone SE. It’s slow and buggy but for my purposes it’s great and the screen is only 10cm (4in).

It depends. I don’t feel forced to go on there because it has none of my friends. Obviously I’ll go once every few weeks to check out cool photography but I’m really not an active user there.
I hate giving these people the satisfaction of the “socialist” or “communist” label.
I was disappointed to learn there was no fediverse Tmbd/Imdb alternative. This looks like it has the potential to become that, among many things
Any news source reporting this thank. I need a secondary source to share.
Yep, just really important to stress it’s a massive oversimplification — but that oversimplification is suprisingly accurate. Maybe like how newtonian mechanics is a massive oversimplification of how the world works but is suprisingly good at predicting things.
Class struggle is a fascinating way of analysing history, and can be a really powerful analytic framework.
But obviously not everything is class, hence, ✨intersectionality✨

Sorry I’ll let someone more knowledgeable answer about metadata, but signal does allow you to set a username and hide your phone number (so people add you with username instead if f number)
Sure. But ur post aint shit. It’s a good post.
Who is titler?
I’ve honestly found signal better than matrix.
Matrix is just not there yet in terms of features UI etc and is less private than signal because it collects way more metadata and stuff. I know the idea of federation is cool, but Signal works better for the privacy aspect.
Why is this in the shitpost comm?
Truly a shit post. Congrats
Nah they used a leeching client. No upload at all.
Yeah the problem is that these narratives even though they are powerful — are often silenced by tech companies.

(Also murders and discredits civil rights activists in the 60s-80s, so that’s a thing to keep in mind…)
Or an underpaid slave who continually risked their lives so some rich white people could climb a mountain.
Just FYI Canadians, don’t get fooled when people say California is “leftist”. Check out recent referendum results, they voted against abolishing slavery (for prisoners) and in favour of the death penalty for example. They are only “leftist” in relation to the neofacist US’s overton window.
