Trump doesn’t give a shit about the Constitution. He makes the rules. Checks and Balances? The only way that resonates with him is the checks he receives and his bank balances increasing.
He will take every inch given to him.

Yep! It is. But good luck using the impeachment power to remove SCOTUS. It’s an unwinnable battle through policy and procedure.
