Markdown is great open standard with pandoc.

Each to their own. I got more issues with Microsoft, Google docs which is why I stopped using them for really long documents. Still use Google docs for most things but not all.

Don’t bank on the bubble bursting. The real customers big paying customers are not retail but governments who would like live fine tuned summaries of all their citizens. AI is a dual use technology.

Because AI is a dual use technology which can broker massive amounts of information to governments.

Yes ESTA already asks for social accounts while applying for Us visa.

The whole injecting AI into everything has been quite annoying really. There are still many workplaces that prefer deterministic results like accounting and finance and Xero injecting AI into reconciliation or improperly trained individuals ruining the whole datasets on excel has been an absolute nightmare.

I should not have paid for it.

Not at all. I support individual paying for foss projects and then corporations should be made to as well. Corporation will not have morals until there is social pressure, even so they just pretend to or regulated by government standards.

Large corporations and exploitative, over demanding individuals are always going to be this way. We can only prepare for these kinds. I agree on paying them subscriptions on a regular basis, just as we pay large corp projects, and more people need to be involved.
