See, everyone thinks and feels differently about sex, it may matter a lot to one person but never cross the mind of another, one person may really want it, another may not, one may really enjoy it, and another may genuinely not. I’m glad you like it and it brings you joy, but I really don’t want it. Being a virgin is apparently like being an introvert, everyone keeps pushing you to “get out of your shell” instead of respecting the way you are.

They can still be jailbroken and Calibre still exists

I’m 32 and a virgin by choice, and I don’t get why being a virgin is seen like such a bad or difficult thing.

Considering many countries are implementing this at the same time, I’m not sure there will be any countries left to run an instance from or set a VPN connection at.

It’s not all the parents fault, leaving kids unattended under all contexts has been sort of criminalised. Letting your kids play unsupervised outside or even letting them walk to school by themselves could get CPS called on you. I had a friend who had to stop letting her 10 year old walk to the bus stop to take the bus to school, because a “concerned neighbour” called CPS, it was a ten minute walk.

It makes no sense because Tolkien wouldn’t have agreed with most of them and would’ve despised how they use his legacy. I don’t think these people understood the message the books were trying to send.

I really wish they didn’t give this thing a LotR name (Palantir), Tolkien would’ve hated it.
