Thr problem is that there is supposed to be criminal prosecution for this felony so the courts won’t entertain request for an injunction over it. Meanwhile the responsible authorities aren’t willing to arrest and prosecute.

    Pretty sure that the courts already ruled on this. You can pay people to vote but you can’t pay people to vote for a specific candidate.

      18 U.S. Code § 597 - Expenditures to influence voting

      Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, or to vote for or against any candidate; and

      Whoever solicits, accepts, or receives any such expenditure in consideration of his vote or the withholding of his vote—

      Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

        I know the state supreme court, with a liberal majority, declined to hear the case and said an opinion on their decision would be made available “shortly”. We will all have to wait.
