In a letter this week, Uthmeier told Gainesville Police Chief Nelson Moya that the departmentās guidance says searches should be conducted by an officer with the same āgender expression or identityā as the person being searched.
If an officer is āuncertainā about a detaineeās gender expression or identity, the policy directs the officer to ask the individual for their preference, according to the letter.
The person is still getting searched. The AG just wants transgender people sexually humiliated while getting searched too.
Yup. The cruelty is the point.
The person may not have even been charged with a crime before the humiliation and potential sexual assaults at the hands of the state.
Whoās to say that the pig doesnāt bring others to āobserveā for āofficer safetyā, since counterterrorism doctrine now places āradical pro-transgenderā, a designation that has no true definition but that of āI know it when I see itā, at the same level of transnational terrorist organizations.
This certainly will not be abused in the name of n a t i o n a l s e c u r i t y to elevate petty offenses (such as existing in public š±š±š±) to the felony level, thus requiring enhanced security in detainment and ultimate incarceration. Forcibly de-transitioned by the state, one has now effectively been erased.
They donāt even need the charges to stick. The goal is for us to be in the stateās custody just long enough for our employment to be terminated, housing lost, possessions discardedālife ruined. Successfully put on the path toward societal erasure.
We are political poison, and are treated as such.
Proof that laws are needed to protect the LGBTQ+ from these weirdos.
