I think they want to push customers away because then fewer people will see what a generic meh of a sitcom they turned Ted Lasso into.

“Roy, you have to go on ten dates before you can ask me out again!”

Roy proceeds to schedule three dates in one night.

    Hijinks ensue.

      It also feels childish.

The men can’t see the adult women naked even if the woman purposely walk into the room knowing the men are there. They are not teens or kids, if the women dont care then dont act like children. Then oh the girls got clicky and acting like children again. These are adults and not a single one is a team player?

This season feels written by the Mighty Ducks or Big Green writers. Very 90s team sport movie vibes.

I definitely see that, and it’s a shame because in outline form this season sounds like a can’t-miss, and the casting for the squad seems spot-on (that’s Vel from Andor!!!). Unfortunately, the comedy is broader and people’s choices are serving some very thin sitcommy plots rather than the characterizations laid down in prior seasons.

The show misses Bill Lawrence a lot more than they would like to admit. Rooster is nowhere near as good as Shrinking, but both are better than Ted Lasso s3, and s3 is miles ahead of s4 so far.

Bad move, I’d say. Because Apple TV has had absolutely nothing new I wanted to watch for about the past 6 months now. Was thinking about cancelling, now they made the decision for me.

I might buy an apple product/service some day, if they were to hold my family at gunpoint and threatening me to.

I was gifted an iPad. Pretty cool device.
I wouldn’t buy one though, it mostly gathers dust. I was using it as an ebook machine.

Apple TV? Never. Streamio solves that issue.
