This one goes over my head.
The first line of Beowulf starts with “Hwat!” in Old English (technically “Hwæt!”), so I finished the line.

Yeah I read this like twice and wasn’t sure if the OG maker had it right. But I wasn’t feeling inclined to look into it. Also… an old saying from the website that shall not be named, is that if you post a question or comment using incorrect info, terms, etc, someone is bond to correct you. Then in a short time, you can know if you were right or wrong with your assumption of said info or claim.
