Yeah, once I was setting up my cab meeting and invited a competitor’s sales team. My boss was hopping mad, but I really leaned into it. Told him that you have to lay it down and put the fear into them. Said that my excellence probably scared them stupid. They are quaking in their loafers trying to quit their jobs immediately and intern for us.
