Did you make any bad decisions recently?

No, you didn’t. THEY made you do it.

THEY did that. Not you. THEY made you scream at someone in the store and buy Twizzlers instead of eggs and bread. THEY made you drink and drive. THEY made you get fired for watching porn at work and jerking it in a conference room. THEY do all the bad things, because you’re onto them.

You can blame the government for 55% of all the bad things that happened to you and you’d most likely be right if you were in the US

Now do it for smoking, soft drinks, nature destroying amounts of consumption, and voting for the wrong party.

this would be funny if the average person didn’t think of privacy advocates and ACTUAL WHISTLEBLOWERS as “conspiracy theorists”

You can just watch the news and stay informed and you’ll sound like a conspiracy thorist. Trump and Netenyahu are doing a genocide because they want to build a resort town on mass graves. Your phone is censoring your ability to write certain words. Billionaires hate you and want to keep people divided and politically apathetic. Celebrities and the wealthy are rapists. The government is corrupt and monitoring everyone with spy software. They all plan on destroying the planet for money. They hate the poor.

In an economic system that has striped people of self value, some will find their own in value that attacks said system. However in a really weird way. One that has them telling you Paul McCartney is dead and was replaced with someone who just happened to be as good if not better than the original McCartney?!

We should be really clear at this point that the term “conspiracy theorist” was coined to discredit the JFK assassination questioners, and was then highly weaponized after 9/11.

Given what we know now, neither of those “conspiracies” are controversial at this point, amd the official stories surrounding both events should be considered by any critical thinker to be the actual “conspiracy theories”.

Not all conspiracy theories are created equal.

As a millennial European, I had very little knowledge about JFK’s assassination and the subsequent conspiracy theory (or theories, as it turns out). All I knew was from pop culture: “Lee Harvey Oswald” and “grassy knoll”.

After listening to the You’re Wrong About (podcast) episodes about the assassination, I don’t think there was a conspiracy at all.

The Epstein List and most of what it involves was a conspiracy theory.

Do you or anyone here think we’ll learn the full story around 9/11 in our lifetimes? I was a kid in the CT suburbs of NYC in 2001 and for a very long time even casually questioning the narrative was sacrilege enough to be socially punished. Now it seems like the generation born afterwards is making memes about it like it didn’t change EVERYTHING about how we lived, and that’s no big deal? I remember talk about the specific floor that was hit, or one above or below it, had held records of extensive government debt that were just “lost”? Because of the nature of the event and the subsequent conspiracies, it’s hard to find level headed examination of how things happened and what we might still not be aware of. Like, iirc every member of the house of Saud in the US left the day before?
