Make that a few trillion. Who doesnt spend at least 10% of their net worth at elections isnt a proper billionaire anymore. Best way to spend is to rent a sign in every front yard. Rates should start at 200$ a day. Lets do it for a few cycles and we have redistributed most of the hoarded wealth.
